Q. Can i order online?

A. Mission De Flores accepts orders via phone call, email, and via personal order if you are thinking of dropping by our physical store today. However, if you are not available to pay a visit to our physical shop, online is the best option for you. You just have to fill out the form with the complete information on it and submit it to us. An automatic confirmation will be sent to you immediately.

Q. Where can i pick up my orders?

A. Upon ordering, we will give you the options on where you can pick up your purchases. We can deliver your orders right at your door, post office, or directly to the person you want to give the flowers to. Mission De Flores is always pleased to serve all of your needs whatever it takes.

Q. Can I choose the date on where and when to deliver?

A. Absolutely!  Upon ordering you will be given an option on where and when to deliver your arrangement.

Q. What is the payment option?

A. We accept cash as well as all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Cards and American Express. 

Q. Can i cancel an order even if i already placed them?

A. Please be advised that Mission De Flores are unable to accept cancellation or change of orders once it is placed. However, if it is necessary we suggest contacting our help service to discuss this matter.

Q. Does it have a delivery charge?

A. Yes, we do have a delivery fee but cheaper than what others are charging to make it more affordable and satisfying for all of our customers.
